What Is ZCAP
ZCAP (Zion Capital) is a utility membership token built on the Solana blockchain using the Token-2022 program standard. It is not a security, not an investment contract, and not a financial instrument. It is a digital access key to the Zion Capital intelligence platform.

How Access Works
ZCAP uses a hold-to-access model. Members connect their Solana wallet to the platform. The platform reads the wallet's ZCAP balance in real time. Based on the balance, the appropriate tier is unlocked automatically โ no registration, no manual verification, no customer service.
Hold more ZCAP = higher tier = more features. Sell ZCAP below a tier threshold and that tier's features are automatically removed. The system is entirely on-chain and permissionless.
